All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note, during promotions, collection launches, or the festive season, there may be minor delays.
Holiday dispatch times: During November and December, kindly allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed
Shipping
Standard Shipping: Flat fee of $10 AUD on all orders.
Express Shipping: Flat fee of $15 AUD on all orders.
Arrival times: Express orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days, while standard shipping may take 2–8 business days, depending on location.
Déjna ships globally from Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post Express and DHL Express. All shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
If you're located outside of Australia, we’d still love to get Déjna to you. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. If your you're unsure, feel free to contact us at info@dejna.co; we're happy to help with custom shipping options wherever possible.
Please be aware:
- Some products may not be eligible for international delivery depending on your location. Our team will let you know if any restrictions apply.
- Duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied by your local customs authority.
- By law, all shipments must declare the accurate value and cannot be marked as “gifts.”

Need to make a return?
As Déjna offers beauty and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or change of-mind exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please email us with photo evidence of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty claims must be lodged within this time frame.
